The young Everton midfielder never shies away from putting on a brave look and that results in some outfits that could be described as a little over the top, to say the least.

Just recently, he was pictured in New York alongside Dominic Calvert-Lewin wearing lilac coloured which seemingly caught the eye of many, albeit in a rather bad way, if some of the comments below his Instagram snap are anything to go by.
And now, in a sign of protest or just for the sake of stirring the pot even further, Davies has shared an image that depicts him hanging up his purple boots, suggesting he’s likely not to wear them again.
Needless to say, this tongue-in-cheek gesture had many fans absolutely buzzing.
And that’s the thing about Davies which fans seem to love – he doesn’t really care about other people’s opinions all that much and is a unique character to have in the squad.
One fan said that she loves him for that exact same reason…
Still, even though they might support his excessive fashion choices, these fans believe the divisive shoes simply have to go.
